Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Rook Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
