Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Beacon Water Authority Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for treatment plant data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
