Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Harbor Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Salt Lake City, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
