Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cross Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
