Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Lumen Forge Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
