Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
