Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Albuquerque, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
