Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge West Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
