Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Northwind Quill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Toledo, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
