Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Glen Foods Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
