Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Northwind Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Tampa with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
