Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pike Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
