Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Juniper Environmental Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
