Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
