Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Foxglove Field Water Authority is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
