Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Rivermark Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charlotte. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
