Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Rivermark Inspection Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
