Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Westbrook Maple Manufacturing Group is a Salt Lake City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
