Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Granite Water Authority Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 446 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
