Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
