Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
