Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bright Basin Inspection Services is an inspection company in Omaha with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
