Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Stonegate Works is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
