Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Omaha with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
