Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Harbor Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
