Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
