Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Harborlight Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boston region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
