Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline West Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
