Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Clearpath Union Facilities Group is a facilities company in Raleigh with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
