Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Nova Stone Environmental Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
