Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Lumen Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
