Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Willow Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Sacramento. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 252 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
