Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Keystone Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
