Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
