Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Lumen Quill Energy is an energy provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
