Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Associates is looking for an Operations Manager. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
