Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Rivermark Facilities is a facilities company in Indianapolis with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
