Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Construction Associates and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
