Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Cross Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
