Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Cedar Glen Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
