Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Knoxville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
