Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Bright Auto Group is a Charleston company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
