Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Westbrook Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Miami, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 931 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
