Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
