Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
