Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
