Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Rivermark Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tampa with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 329 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
