Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Clearpath Pike Water Authority is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
