Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Nova Wilder Auto Group is a Wichita company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
