Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Spokane region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
